建構綠色維修零件管理系統之研究-以行動電話為例

摘要


近年來,隨著全球化環保意識抬頭,國際體制下紛紛建立環保公約及法規,透過國家、非政府組織及企業等力量,推動永續發展之理念。新產品在市場的行銷與推廣,不在是傳統的價格與品質二個要素,還必需考量到第三個訴求面向-產品環保化。在這波綠色浪潮下,最具深遠影響即是歐盟制定的 WEEE 及 RoHS 指令。無鉛化的趨勢對電子產業界帶來前所未有的變革與影響。除了生產面的挑戰(如無鉛製程、限用物質、分解與回收…等)外,在管理面(如產品資料、客戶規範、政府法規…等)的挑戰也變得十分複雜,客戶往往為了符合各種不同的環境規範,而自行訂定專屬的綠色要求,使得綠色產品在管理上大幅增加其複雜度。 為了解決上述綠色規範所衍生出的管理問題,本研究以行動電話產業為背景,將生物基因序列的概念與產品管理相結合,透過「產品特性」、 「客戶特性」、「訂單特性」以及「綠色特性」等四大虛擬基因的定義,並配合基因序列比對演算法 Basic local alignment search tool ( BLAST) 以及置換矩陣 Block substitution matrix(BLOSUM)的應用,建立產品基因管理系統架構,提供一種不同角度的產品管理方式。 最後透過實際行動電話資料的情境模擬方式,成功模擬將非綠色及高故障率的原物料清單(Bills Of Material)轉變為綠色及低故障率的原物料清單的過程。研究結果也發現影響比對效率最大的原因是字組長度(Word length)與臨界值(Threshold),而當字組長度越大,則執行時間越長;臨界值越小,則執行時間也越長。

Under this wave green environment, most has the profound influence is WEEE and the RoHS instruction which European Union formulates. Does not have the lead tendency to bring the unprecedented transformation and the influence to the electronic industrial field. Eliminates the production surface challenge outside, in tube surface the challenge also changes extremely complex, the customer often for conforms to each kind with the environment standard, but from subscribes decides the exclusivegreen request, causes the green product on largely to increase in the tube its is complex . Tube question grows which for the solution above standard, this research take mobile phone industry as a background, biological gene foreword generally unifies with the product tube, and the coordinate gene foreword compares to develops algorithm Basic local alignment search tool (BLAST) as well as transposed matrix Block substitution matrix (BLOSUM) the application, constructs the product gene tube system overhead construction, provides one same angle product tube way. Finally penetrates the actual capital situation simulation way, the success simulates the non- color product original detailed list (Bills of Material) to transform for the chromogen detailed list process. The findings also discovered the influence compared to the effect biggest reason is character group leader (Word length) with the value (Threshold), but works as character group leader bigger, then holds the time to be longer; value smaller, then holds the time to be also longer.
