外觀導向之產品個人化設計-以童鞋為例

摘要


早年穿鞋子是為了保護腳不受地面尖銳物傷害,隨著時代進步,消費者對鞋子有更多的需求,依據鞋子用途的差異,鞋商推出多樣的產品系列,滿足不同的功能需求,並使用各系列鞋款形式、材質與顏色的變異,滿足消費者的外觀需求,但因為消費者的審美觀不盡相同,消費者對產品外觀難免會有不滿之處,且近年來原物料價格上漲,人力成本提高,這些因素造成鞋業毛利持續下降,為了提升鞋業獲利,並且更加貼近消費者外觀個人化需求,探討大量個人化相關文獻,發現其中有許多值得借鏡之處。 本研究以童鞋做為範例,針對童鞋產品構型分析,劃分產品滿足功能需求所必須之部件,探討部件對外觀之影響,根據客戶需求將部件群集並模組化,制定鞋品各模組之標準化介面,使其可在零售店面快速接合,並分析價值鏈各流程,使影響外觀之流程與客戶互動,提供外觀個人化之服務,消費者將可獲得滿足外觀個人化需求之產品,同時縮短產品前置時間,提升材料共用率,節省企業生產成本。

In the early years, people wear shoes to avoid sharp objects hurting feat on the ground, with the progress of the times, consumers has more demands for shoes, based on the difference using, shoe producers launch a variety of products to meet different functional requirements, transforming form, material and color variations to meet consumer external demands, but not every consumers has same aesthetics, inevitably consumers will be unsatisfied on product appearance, in recent years, raw materials prices and human costs keep rising, these factors make shoes profit continued to decline, in order to enhance shoes profit, and more close to the personal consumer external demand, analyzing literature about mass personalization , I found that can learn much in the literature. Using kid shoes be an example in this study , analyzing the configuration of kid shoes product, finding out necessary products components to meet the functional requirements, investigating the effect of parts on the exterior, according to customer demand concentrate product components and be modular, and defining the standard interface between the modular components ,that can quickly combine in the retail stores, and analyzing the value chain processes ,find out the processes of influence exterior interact to customer, providing the service of personalization exterior, consumers will meet the individual needs of product exterior, and furthermore reducing lead time, improve material sharing rate, saving production costs.
