紡織業未來在大陸投資之經營策略及趨勢

摘要

本研究針對台灣紡織業現況做分析，設計了一份問卷調查，就問卷調查可得知，基於降低投資風險目前企業界認為前往大陸投資之最佳方式，為只下單不設廠。企業界認為成衣服飾業最適合在大陸投資經營，除了看重大陸內銷市場龐大外，因大陸勞工成本低，所以對外銷市場來說，成本也能節省不少。最後企業界認為目前台灣紡織業最大優勢為產品研發創新能力強，且未來發展方向須以營運及設計研發留台灣，才能使台灣紡織達到永續經營的目的。

Make analysis to the present situation of textile industry of Taiwan in this research, design a questionnaire investigation, can learn on questionnaire investigation , the business circles think and go the best way which the continent invests in at present, in order to put setting up the factory only without, it is because of reducing the investment risk. The business circles think that the ready-made clothe dress industry is most suitable for investing and managing at the continent , besides watching the great market sold inside the country of land hugly, because the continent labourer is with low costs, sell the market and say , the cost can be saved much to the outside. The business circles think that the greatest advantage of textile industry of Taiwan is strong for the innovation ability of research and development of products at present finally, and the future thrust could make the textile of Taiwan achieve the goal of dealing in continuously forever in order to operate and design and research and develop and keep Taiwan.
