結合GPS與無線傳輸運用於求職安全之研究-以職業訓練局為例

摘要
因應網路科技的進步，就業環境也急速的變遷。早期透由紙本的求職方式已被人力銀行以網路化的方式漸漸取代。而求職者位於這資訊快速的傳播與社會人力快速流動的時代，面試機會比以往多了，但因社會環境愈來愈複雜，社會中也充滿許多求職陷阱。 環顧現行經營之各人力銀行，均致力於增加求職人數或企業求才，對於求職者面試安全僅止於提醒而已。本文的目的是希望能研究建立一套結合全球衛星系統與通訊網路並結合簡訊通報系統，以提供求職者一個安全的求職環境。 本文將探討以求職者隨身之資訊設備（Netbook、PDA、Mobile phone等）搭配GPS，將求職者之地理位置資訊定時透過無線通訊網路傳輸送至主機端，主機端於設定時間後未收到面談結束訊息時，即透過簡訊系統通報預設收訊者，以協助求職者能有一個安全的面試環境。

In response to the rapid development of internet technology, business environment also rapidly changes. Paper-based job seeking in the early era has been gradually replaced by internet based labor bank. Also, job seekers are positioned in the generation of fast information era furthermore where the circulation of labor force is fast, the chances of being interviewed are bigger and higher compared to the previous era a few years ago. However because the environment is becoming more complicated, there are a lot of job vacancy deception. Although the current operation of labor bank is paying a lot of efforts to increase the number of job seeker or demand from enterprises, the labor bank can only provide security warnings for the job seekers during the interview. The aim of this article is to establish a research that combines with all the job bank systems all around the world with mobile communication technologies to provide a secure interview system for job seekers. The idea of this research is by querying the geographical position using GPS of the job seekers before the interview. The information is send to the central control center through seekers’ equipment (e.g., Netbook, PDA, mobile phone, etc.). When the expected interview time has expired, a short messaging is sent to notify the person that is pre-defined by the candidate. By doing so, job seekers will have a secure environment for interview.
