街道塵坋土荷重及其對周界懸浮微粒與細懸浮微粒影響之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討臺灣各地區街道塵坋土特性，其主要是以臺灣省22個縣市各選定2至5條代表性道路進行街道塵坋土採樣，另針對新北市和桃園縣進行深度街道塵坋土採樣工作。街道塵坋土採樣參照U. S. EPA AP-42 鋪面道路街塵之採樣方法執行，再依ASTM-C136標準篩分法得到各粒徑之塵土量，由討論街道坋土荷重與周界懸浮微粒濃度之相關性，並透過街塵特性之探討，找出其可行的改善措施。
經研究結果可以得知坋土負荷與周界TSP有關聯性，將坋土負荷與各空品區TSP濃度進行一次線性迴歸，坋土荷重與TSP之迴歸方程式為y = 39.3500x+ 51.6250，其相關係數R2 = 0.2836，表示坋土荷重量多寡與TSP是有些許關聯性的，若降低坋土荷重也有益於TSP削減，藉由所得之迴歸方程式，若坋土荷重降低0.1 g/m2，推估TSP會降低3.935 μg/m3，同時懸浮微粒與細懸浮微粒之濃度也會下降。
目前洗掃作業的執行都常會先經過調查道路髒污等級來決定洗掃頻率，而髒污等級則是依照塵坋土負荷量來做分級的，從研究結果我們可以得知若要降低周界PM濃度，可以提高洗掃頻率使街道塵坋土荷重降低同時可以達到削減PM濃度的目的。

The dissertation presents the characteristic of street dust in Taiwan Twenty Two cities collecting street dust samples, each cites choose 2-5 roads . The sample collection method for the street dust according to U. S. EPA AP-42 procedures, which are based on a review of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) methods C-136.
It was found that the silt load are between with ambient TSP. Use linear regression for silt and TSP in each air quality region , the regression equation is y = 39.3500x+ 51.6250 , and R2 = 0.2836 , it is mean that silt load is correlation with TSP . Reduce silt load will also benefit TSP slash . By regression equation , we can know that if silt load decrease 0.1 g/m2 , estimate TSP will decrease 3.935 μg/m3 , at the same time the particulate matters and fine particulate matters will decline .
Currently sweeping operations performed are often survey the level of dirt road to determine sweeping frequency , but the level is according to the amount of dust and silt loads to do grading . From the study , we can know if want to decrease ambient PM , we can increased frequency of cleaning and sweeping make silt road down and reduce PM .
