灰色系統理論應用於都市污水處理廠放流水再利用於工業用水之研究

摘要


隨著人口不斷攀升及工商業發展下,台灣地區用水需求量逐年增加,使得水資源短缺問題日顯嚴重,水再生利用成為目前台灣地區水資源供應方面值得探討之議題。 本研究首先利用灰色系統之灰關聯分析法(Grey relational analysis)評估最具水再生利用潛勢之台灣地區都市污水處理廠放流水,以得知該廠之放流水水質為標準值,再與國外工業水再生水質標準值進行灰關聯排序比較。另以灰色系統之GM(1, N)模型對工業區廢水處理廠放流水水質進行模擬預測,最後對實際值與模擬預測值進行相對殘差值之評析,以評估模型之預測效能。 本研究結果顯示如下所示:(1)台灣地區最具水再生利用潛力之都市污水處理廠放流水為台南市安平廠;(2)優先考量工業用水再生為冷卻用水(直流式)、洗滌用水;(3)GM(1, N)模型對工業區廢水處理廠之BOD、SS放流水濃度預測效果較佳,其平均殘差値分別為9.7 %、16 %;(4)GM(1,N)模型對工業區廢水處理廠之COD放流水濃度預測效果較差,其平均殘差値49.3 %。本研究以灰關聯分析法及GM(1, N)模型,其結果可供工業區水再生利用評估之參考。

As the population increase and the industry and commerce develop, the demand of water is increased year by year in Taiwan, which makes a stortage of resource. As a result, the reclamation of water becomes an issue worthy to discuss in water resource in Taiwan. This study evaluates the potential of reuse and reclamation of effluent in Taiwan by Grey Relational Analysis(GRA). The evalution result compares to The reuse of urban recycling water ― Water quality standard for industrial uses in China. In addition, the study simulates and predicts the quality of effluent discharged from municipal wastewater treatment plants by using the GM(1, N) model. The results of preduction compare to the data derived from wastewater treatment plants to evaluate the prediction performance of the model. The results show that: 1.The An-Ping wastewater treatment plant equips with the most water reclamation potential of the effluent water from municipal wastewater treatment plant. 2.The cooling water and washing water are priorties and the most suitable for reclamation water in this study. 3.The GM(1, N) model reveals better performance in the prediction of BOD and SS of effluent . The MAPE of BOD and SS are 9.7% and 16%, respectively. 4.The GM(1, N) model reveals worse performance in the prediction of COD of effluent . The MAPE of COD is 49.3%.
