提高製造效率之研究--以U公司電子化學材料製造廠為例

摘要


隨著電腦組裝業及TFT LED (thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display 薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器) 市場的激增,電子化學材料需求亦日增,但低成本、高彈性、交期短與高品質亦造成市場競爭的主要因素。由於產業的特性,高彈性的生產方式、少樣多量的產品結構與高競爭力的成本,造成生產排程無法準確預估投入及產出的時間,造成交期延遲,生產線加班情形頻繁,導致生產率降低。 本研究主要探討U公司電子化學材料的生產模式,期能提高其製造效率。首先使用IDEF0構型管理系統建構整個生產至出貨的構型,便於後續研究參照,進而運用模擬軟體ARENA7.0建構適合的生產模式實施系統模擬,探討其在不同方案中的變化情形;最後運用資料包絡分析 (Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA) 實施分析,以原料價格、設施成本、人力工時、產值為績效評估的輸入與輸出項,評估在六個決策單元 (Decision Making Unit,DMU) 中之效益及相互間的關係,期能獲得較佳的方案,使能提高製造效率,符合成本效益,提高市場競爭力。

With the manufacture of the computer and TFT LED (thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display membrane electric crystal liquid crystal display ) promotion of the market, electron chemical material demand increase day by day also, but low cost , high elasticity , the date of delivery short also with high quality to cause main factor of market competition. Because of the characteristic of the industry, the high elastic mode of production, product structure of little kinds of volumes and cost of the high competitiveness, it is arrange main production schedule (MPS) unable to estimate and time of output in advance while being accurate, bring pay one postpone, the overtime work situation of production line is frequent, cause the productivity to reduce. Probing into the chemical material mode of production of electron of U Company mainly in this research, one can improve it and make efficiency. Use IDEF0 configuration management system build up the construct of the goods while being to output at first, convenient follow-up study is consulted, and then use simulation software ARENA7.0 to build the suitable mode of production to implement systematic simulation, probe into its change situation in different schemes. Use the raw material cost, facility cost, manpower man-hour as the performance and production price for Data Envelopment Analysis (Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA) to analysis finally, for analysis the six Decision Making Unit. Expect to obtain the better scheme, can improve the efficiency of manufacture, suit with the cost-effective, in order to improve the market competitiveness.
