The Kyoto meeting in 1997 regulated the usage of CO2 , which led to the conclusion of renewable energy power generation. This paper examines the application of hybrids power generating system blending into household unit, in order to reach the goal of zero energy. The hybrid power generating system integrates PV model, wind-power ,fell cell, hydrogen tank , electrolyzer, converter and battery become, which prorides higher efficiency and steady state. But the cost of hybrid power generating system does not compare with the traditional electricity generation systems, and these delay the commercial application. The main point of this paper is focused on how to supply electricity power to a household unit by hybrid power generating systems, the research methods of this paper is a combination of HomerV2.09,the software to analysis every systematic size of capacity, numbers, optimization system,cost spending and CO2 reducing. This paper wishes to develop the best design condition that can apply to hybris power generating system.
