以溶劑萃取分離錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)離子之研究

摘要


本論文在25±0.1℃下以酸性萃取劑2-乙基己基膦酸單-2-乙基己基酯 (PC-88A)為載劑,煤油為稀釋劑來分離硫酸水溶液中的重金屬錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)之研究本實驗以不同濃度的硫酸水溶液中錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)離子與不同皂化比例的鈉型萃取劑Na-PC88A來做液液萃取之探討。 實驗結果顯示:(1)錳(Ⅱ)與鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取平衡常數分別為Kex,Mn = 7.35×10-7(kmol/m3) 與 Kex,Co = 4.22×10-8(kmol/m3)。(2)平衡pH值增加,錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取率也增加。(3)皂化率增加,錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取率也增加。(4) Na-PC88A萃取劑對錳(Ⅱ)離子的選擇性比鈷(Ⅱ)離子大。(5)硫酸水溶液中鈷(Ⅱ)離子濃度變化,對錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取率影響不大。(6)硫酸水溶液中錳(Ⅱ)離子濃度越低,錳(Ⅱ)和鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取率亦隨之越高。(7)當Mn:Co之莫爾濃度比小於1/30時,皂化率在80%的Na-PC88A,其錳(Ⅱ)的萃取率可達82%、鈷(Ⅱ)的萃取率可達39%。

In this study, the extraction and separation of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) from sulphate solutions were studies at 25±0.1℃. The carrier was sodium salts of 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (PC-88A), which was dissolved in kerosene. The aqueous phase was prepared by dissolving CoSO4 and MnSO4 in deionized water and Na-PC88A of the proportion of various saponification by liquid - liquid extract were discussied. The results of experiments show that: (1)The equilibrium constants of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) are 7.35×10-7 (kmol/m3) and 4.22×10-8(kmol/m3) , respectively. (2) Percentage extraction of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) increased with increase in the equilibrium pH value of the aqueous phase.(3)Percentage extraction of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) increased with increase saponified ratio. (4) The manganese(Ⅱ) was preferentially extracted over cobalt(Ⅱ) by the Na-PC-88A. (5) The percentage extraction of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) were influence little with cobalt ion reduced concentration in sulphate solutions. (6) As the concentration of manganese(Ⅱ) ion in the sulphate solutions reduced, the percentage extraction of manganese(Ⅱ) and cobalt(Ⅱ) increased. (7) When the molar ratio of Mn:Co was less then 1/30 and saponification ratio in Na-PC-88A was of 80%, the percentage extraction of manganese(Ⅱ) reached 82% and that of cobalt(Ⅱ) reached 39%.
