輕量化布種設計決策支援系統之研究

摘要


織布業因應產品成熟度高,生命週期長導致獲利有限,故需在營運效率與接單決策上努力開創利基,接單時需對訂單獲利性做判斷。現行紡織業全球化、資訊化使得交期縮短、產品生命週期加快,企業必需迅速決策接單與否,但在決策過程問題之複雜度,以人工經驗法則判斷往往造成延遲而失去寶貴訂單,因此需依賴決策支援系統。 輕量化布是紡織產業研發趨勢,其旨在纖維、紡紗段不同做法使強度不變但重量得以下降,為人類生活帶來許多便利。但在輕量化布設計固定重量強度條件下,重量關聯因子必需修正才能達到客戶需求。這些關聯因子會交互影響使整個問題複雜度隨著客戶要求大幅提昇,也讓時程、交期與打樣次數增加,讓企業營運效率低落。因此本研究將提供一套有效之輕量化布種設計流程與其決策支援系統幫助企業解決此困境。 決策支援模式包含輕量化布製程、織物限制及重量關聯因子等,透過決策支援模式運作,解決結構化與半結構化輕量化布種設計關聯因子問題。針對可量化關聯因子以最大化輕量化為目標及客戶要求為限制,產出最終輕量化布種規格。

Because maturity and long lifecycle of products, the profit of the textile industry was limited. For the niche, it must to strive on operation efficiency and order decision; When received order, must to determine the order is profitable or not . Currently in effect, the globalization and information-oriented make the delivery date less and product lifecycle more quickly to textile industry, the enterprise have to make the decision immediately, but the problem in the decision process was too complex to solve by experiences in mind, caused delay and fall out of the order. Therefore the enterprise need decision support system for decision making. Light weight fabric is the trend in the textile industry now, it not only decreased the weight but also sustained the strength of the fabric by fiber、yarn and other textile process, it brought convenient for people. But in the condition of fixed weight and strength, the related factors of weight must be revised to satisfied customer requires; These factors will influence each other, therefore the complex of problem will increase acutely with the customer requires, it also make the schedule、delivery date、sampling times increased, and the business operation became worse. To solve the problem , this study provided a effective light weight fabric design process and support system for enterprise. The decision support system obtained the feasible process、textile limits, and the related factors of weight ,the semi structure and structure problem could be solved through the operation of decision support model, it aimed the quantification weight related factors at maximize light weight effect ,and the customer requires are the restrictions, brings the final light weight fabric specifications.
