潛盾隧道掘進管理與地表沉陷關係之探討-以臺北捷運信義線CR280標為例

摘要


在人口密集、交通壅塞、建築物高聳林立的都會區,為減緩施工對民眾、社會經濟的影響,捷運工程之興建多採潛盾鑽掘工法。然潛盾掘進時造成地盤的擾動是無法避免,本研究以臺北捷運系統信義線CR280標工程為案例,運用掘進管理系統及安全監測結果,探討潛盾掘進時各階段可引發之沉陷與其預防措施。評估隧道施工期間土壓、排土量、掘進速度、背填灌漿的關係,同時探討對地盤變位的影響性,藉由調整施工參數為例。本研究成果可提供後續潛盾隧道施工訂定掘進管理值之參考及經驗傳承。

In the metropolitan area with dense population, busy traffic and high-rising buildings, TRTS often adopt shield tunneling to ease the construction impact on citizens’ daily life and economy activities. However, it’s inevitable to cause the disturbances of ground during the process of shield- tunneling. Based on the project of CR280 in Xinyi Line of MRT, this article is to study the possible ground sinking and precaution methods by using drilling procedure management and safety instrumentation system during each stage of shield-tunneling. Also, we evaluate is discussing the connection among soil pressure and backfill grouting during construction. In the meantime, this article also shows the effect on the disturbances of ground subject to different parameters for construction. The result of this article provides the methods to determine management value of shield tunneling for future reference.
