隨著科技快速發展與產業環境的變遷,如何創新思維、導入新科技來提昇競爭力,為產業所需要面對的課題。營建實驗室設置之目的乃在於提供正確、快速的檢驗分析結果,以確認材料品質良窳並作為施工參考之依據;此外,實驗室出具之報告亦為材料合約允收與否判定之標準,因此對於正確性之要求則更加嚴謹。 由於傳統實驗室人工作業方式常有作業效率不佳及人為錯誤之問題,無法滿足現今實驗室追求品質與速度之要求。隨著認證制度的推行及測試品質要求日益提高,實驗室應思考如何運用IT(Information Technology)技術,以更有效率、更系統化的方式來改善作業品質。本研究以北部某公營實驗室導入自動化作業為研究對象,探討如何透過自動化系統來整合實驗室作業。研究方法首先透過專家訪談及IDEF0分析方法,建構實驗室系統模型及作業流程細節,再以E-R Model方法規劃建立資料庫系統,並進一步以ASP(Active Server Pages)程式架設實驗室網站,以整合系統功能及提供服務平台。此外,在量測作業方面,則以VB(Visual Basic)進行量具自動化程式開發,藉由電腦與儀器直接連結讀取量測數據並計算,使量測作業更為快速精準且避免人為錯誤。本研究可提供作為中小型營建實驗室導入資訊整合管理及自動化作業的參考範例,改善結果經由使用者問卷調查統計後顯示,自動化作業的導入能有效簡化工作流程、提高作業效率,大幅提升實驗室作業品質。
With advantage of technology and rapid change of industrial environment, how to enhance competitivity by introducing new technology becomes the main task for the industry. The main purpose of construction material lab is to provide correct results of test analysis for confirming the material quality and serving as the construction reference. In addition, the lab report is also the criteria if the material listed in the contrast is accepted. The traditional labs’ manual operations are usually low efficiency and many mistakes, it’s hard to meet the speed and quality needs of current lab. With the promotion of certification system and the gradually strict requirement of test quality, labs should consider how to apply the Information Technology to improve the process quality in a more effective and systematic approach. The research studies the construction material lab of government in Taipei which introduced automatic process, exploring how to integrate lab business with test process through automatic system. The study initially an interview with experts, coupled with IDEF0 approach was conducted, trying to develop the system structure of the lab and analysis process. Then ER-Model was applied to analyze and build the database system. With an attempt to integrate the system function and provide customer service, ASP (Active Server Pages) program was used to develop the system website. Furthermore, VB (Visual Basic) was employed to develop the instrument automatic program, directly retrieving data and calculating via the computer to avoid the man-made errors. The test results shows that automatic process introducing can simplify work process, enhance efficiency and improve test quality dramatically based on questionnaires.
