隨著大自然環境的變遷,社會科技的進步,人們要求更高的住宅品質。在消防系統,給排水系統,電力系統要求上越來越進步,每一個系統都需與自動化並連結於應用。 建築業是台灣產業龍頭,住宅上添加更多自動化設備,達到住宅更加便利性。現階段的建築案中不論是辦公大樓或是住宅案,在品質需求中各建商都積極投入自動化系統,使用者可以回到家充分享受到輕鬆的感覺,各建商的建案都標榜著雲端科技系統或是會呼吸的房子。 雲端服務系統在市面上設備琳瑯滿目,雲端自動化設備多不勝數,甚至廣告也是日新月異,消費者僅略知何謂雲端,對於雲端系統架構卻不清楚,不知道如何去了解雲端服務。 本論文即針對各雲端產品中抉擇標榜著大樓雲端自動化科技龍頭西門子,介紹雲端服務,分析其雲端系統項目,解析雲端服務所使用的設備模組,了解雲端服務的線路架構。本研究比較遠雄建設U-TOWN,分析太子雲世紀樣品屋的雲端服務功能特色,探討其未來展望可擴充性。
With the changing of the environment and the progress of the technology, the requirements in the quality of the residential house are higher. The fire extinguish system, water supply system, electric power system are required more and more. Each system should be automation and connected to the applications. Building trade is the industry leader in Taiwan. Adding more automatic equipments on the house achieves more convenience of the residential house. At time being, no matter the office building or residential house is, the builder vigorously invest in various automation systems, the homeowner can fully relax when they return. Each building project labels house with cloud technology or breathing. However, countless equipment of the cloud service systems is in the market. Consumers may know what the cloud is, but the architecture of the cloud system may not be clear and do not know how to realize the cloud devices. Based on the equipment made by Siemens, the leader of the cloud automation system, this paper introduced the cloud, cloud services, and analyze the items and modules of the cloud system to understand the construction of the system. With comparing to Farglory U-TOWN and analyzing the features of the sample house of Cloud Century Prince, this paper studied the future development and feasibility of the extension of the cloud service in the project of Cloud Century Prince.
