改善電磁驅動器作動速度之研究

A Study for Improving the Speed of Electromagnetic Actuator

摘要


本論文以斷路器之電磁驅動器為研究對象,對其作動速度進行改善。首先將電磁驅動器以數值法建立電、磁、力三種領域之子系統模型,並以輔助計算軟體MATLAB整合為電磁驅動器之數值法模型。再進一步使用田口法將模型中部分參數修正,使模型準確度提高。此外,以數值法模型,觀察其激磁電流、漏磁通、磁力等暫態現象。也模擬不同設定參數時對速度之影響。接著以有限元素法套裝軟體ANSYS對電磁驅動器建模,更改其結構之設計,模擬分析結構改變後磁通分佈及磁力之改善情形,最後提出一改善後之方案,進行實測及模擬之比較,以驗證此研究方式可改善電磁驅動器之速度。研究結果顯示,作動速度至少可以改善一倍以上。未來可以應用於不同形式及產業之電磁驅動器之改良。

In this thesis, the target is improving the speed of electromagnetic actuator for circuit breaker. At first, electromagnetic actuator could be represented as subsystems in electrical, magnetic and mechanical domains by numerical method, and then the program developed in MATLAB environment. Moreover, in older to improve accuracy of model, Taguchi Method was applied to optimize the parameters of the model. Building actuator model by finite element software ANSYS, then analyzed the density of flux and magnetic fluid after structure was redesigned. Finally, in order to improve the speed of actuator, a scheme was proposed, and validated by comparing measured data and simulation result. According to the simulation result, the speed could be optimized over 100%. In the future, this research could be improved the speed of electromagnetic actuator in different structure.
