氟化蒙脫石添加複合樹脂作為牙科釋氟封閉劑之研究

摘要


後牙上的窩縫常因清潔不易而發生齲齒,新的治療方式是以材料填補這些區域以降低齲病的發生。而填補的材料必須擁有良好的氟離子釋放與再填充能力,用以達到抑制齲齒的發生及擴展。但目前臨床上大多數的複合樹脂無法有效的達到此要求,因此本實驗將以改質過的蒙脫石作為無機填料均勻分散於高分子基材中,期望有良好的釋氟效果。 首先我們利用氫氟酸處理蒙脫石,使蒙脫石表面與層間矽酸鹽層形成含氟自由基,讓此無機填料擁有良好的氟離子釋放與再吸收性質。接著均勻混入高分子系統中成為奈米複合材料,此高分子主體為Bis-GMA。藉由無機填料與高分子之間達到良好鍵結,使其有優異的機械性質。最後再經WST-1及LDH的測試驗證此材料不會對口腔細胞產生毒害。我們認為這種複合樹脂封閉劑可以在臨床中發揮更好的功效。

The pits and fissures of molars are usually affected by caries because it is not easy to clean. New method of caries prevention is filled these areas by some materials. The materials must have good ability of fluoride release and recharge. But now, in clinical, most of composite resins are without this request. The object of this study was using fluoride-montmorillonite as inorganic fillers mixed with polymer matrix, we hope it could have a good fluoride-releasing ability. First we use hydrofluoric acid via the fluorination method to create F- free radical on montmorillonite surface and layers to improve the fluoride release and recharge ability. Then mixed it in polymer matrix, the polymer we used is Bis-GMA diluted by TEGDMA. It is desirable that compound could graft on resin matrix and improve the composite resin mechanical properties. In the end, we will prove this material is non-toxic by using WST-1 and LDH test. We believe this fluoride-containing composite resin is better than other materials in clinical.
