以DSP實現之半橋式單級轉換器變頻控制

摘要


本論文提出一種以數位訊號處理器為控制基礎,由功率因數校正級的半橋電路架構( AC/DC )與功率調節級半橋隔離式電路架構( DC/DC ),合併成具功率因數校正的半橋式單級轉換器( AC/DC )。 本論文所提之半橋式單級轉換器,與傳統兩級式轉換器比較下具有降低電路開關數和單迴路控制的優點。在控制方法上,提出一種新式控制方式,採用變責任週期與變頻之控制策略,其中在不連續導通模式之前提下,推論責任週期之最佳變動模型,有效達成功因校正功能,其間並藉由開關切換頻率之調整,得以實現輸出穩壓之需求。 本論文採用德州儀器所生產之數位訊號處理器DSP-TMS320F2812來實現所提出的控制法則,相較於類比控制則具有控制簡單和設計彈性的優點。最後實際製作一電路來驗證所提出之電路原理與控制法則。

A variable-frequency control method used in a half-bridge single-stage (AC/DC) converter which is merged from power factor stage and power regulation stage, both the half-bridge structures, is proposed in this thesis. It is developed using Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to implement a novel control strategy for elevating the power factor. The proposed circuit features the reducing of switch number and only one control circuitry. In the control strategy, the proposed control method is varied duty cycle to operate in discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) and variable frequency to regulate the output voltage. Power factor correction is easily and successfully achieved with the novel DCM control strategy using DSP-TMS320F2812 manufactured by TI. Compared to traditional control methods, the proposed is simpler and more flexible. Experiments are conducted to verify the theoretical analysis.
