摘要


本論文主旨在研製一具有高功率因數、低諧波、高效率、及高功率密度之兩相交錯式功率因數修正功能之交錯式CC-CV兩階段充電器。兩相交錯式控制策略不只保有傳統單相脈波寬度調變升壓型轉換器的優點,且在高輸出功率下更可改善功率元件高耐流、儲能電感體積過大、輸出電容過大及EMI濾波器體積等問題,藉此達到以定電流-定電壓充電法對電池充電之效用。 本電路架構分為兩階段狀態,第一階段為2安培定電流輸出與第二階段390伏特定電壓輸出,切換之條件為負載累積達到電壓值大於設定電壓值上限值時,則切換第二階段定電壓輸出,並且將輸出電壓定在390伏特。本文所介紹之理論和技術經由模擬與實作驗證並且達到預期的結果。

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an interleaved two stage CC-CV charger with power factor correction to achieve high power factor, low input current harmonic, high efficiency and high power density. The implemented two-phase interleaved boost PFC features the advantages of a conventional single-phase PWM boost converter. In addition, the proposed system not only has high power factor, but also achieves CC-CV for charger. There are two stages in the used boost power factor corrector, including the first stage for 2A constant current output and the second stage for 390V constant voltage output. As the output voltage reaches the upper limit, the circuit will be switched from the first stage to the second stage and keeps the output voltage at 390V. The theoretical analysis and the presented techniques are verified by computer simulations and experiments.
