進度管理領域中,普遍以進度規劃作為主要探討議題,然而實際執行進度管理時,進度控制卻是所需投注最多心力的項目,而相關技術方法卻不多。建築工程中最常作為進度管理之工具為箭線式網狀圖(Arrow Diagramming Method,ADM)及結點先行式網狀圖(Precedence Diagramming Method,PDM),而這兩種方法於執行進度控制實務上有些限制,主要為現場實際施作現況無法明顯表達、管理人員對於網圖的專業技能問題,衍生了各活動間是否能密集銜接、進度的控制鬆散等問題。 本研究為提出圖形式進度管理,針對圖形式進度管理定義、特性、管理要點、執行流程並推展出相關表報資料,解決目前進度控制之技術不足之現況。以淺顯易懂的圖形方式,讓執行進度時以簡易的方法詳實紀錄現況,使管理者在未受過專業的網圖技能下,能充分瞭解現場實際執行狀況,進而能使各活動間能緊密銜接,使工程進度能有效控制。此外提出建築工程執行案例作為分析探討,案例中分別以建築工程主要三大工項結構體工程、外牆裝修工程及室內裝修工程。由圖形式進度管理方法執行進度控制管理,探討圖形式進度管理方法之適用性、效益、限制及實務遭遇之困難,最後提出結論與建議供後續應用之參考。
The ADM and PDM techniques for schedule plan and management have been applied widely in construction projects. The objective of this study is to propose Graphic-based schedule control approach to overcome the problems associated with existing approaches. This study mainly examines the proposed Graphic-based schedule control methodology, especially in construction scheduling planning and control to provide effective project schedule analysis without the complex procedure. Furthermore, the proposed Graphic-based schedule control approach is then applied in real case study in Taiwan to verify our proposed methodology and demonstrate improvements to the schedule control and management during the construction phase. The combined results demonstrate that, a proposed approach can be a useful schedule control and management approach. Finally, facing problems, limitations and conclusions are proposed and discussed for further related applications.
