本研究以添加微量元素鈷(Co)、鋁(Al)及鈮(Nb)改善鐵矽硼非晶合金之軟磁性質與非晶形成能力,利用單輥熔射旋淬法製備Fe74Co3Si8B10Al1Nb4合金薄帶,然後再進行熱處理退火觀察其結構變化及磁性測量。以X光繞射儀(XRD)及熱游離電子顯微鏡(SEM)鑑定合金薄帶之微觀結構。利用DSC及VSM量測熱性質之特徵溫度如玻璃轉換溫度(Tg)、結晶溫度(Tx)和磁性質之飽和磁化強度(Ms)、矯頑磁力(Hc),TMA測量居禮溫度(Tc)。 未退火之非晶薄帶,由XRD測量結果為寬廣繞射峰,SEM觀察表面為平滑狀,玻璃轉換溫度與結晶溫度為494°C和573°C,過冷液態區間為43°C,飽和磁化強度及矯頑磁力為1.18 T和33.66 A/m,居禮溫度為284°C。退火處理10 min過後的薄帶進行XRD測量,在退火溫度450°C以下呈現寬廣繞射峰,則退火溫度500°C以上開始析出α-Fe相,由SEM觀察500、550°C有析出球狀組織,而600°C則有析出網狀結構。磁性質測量結果為合金薄帶在500℃的退火處理10 min時,有最低的矯頑磁力30.87 A/m。在600℃的退火處理10 min下,有最高的飽和磁化強度1.46 T,所以藉由適當退火處理可有效提升飽和磁化強度及降低矯頑磁力。
To improve of minor Co、Al and Nb addition on glass forming ability and soft magnetic properties of Fe-Si-B metallic glass were investigated. Fe74Co3Si8B10Al1Nb4 amorphous ribbon was prepared by the single roller melt-spinning method. Then observed the ribbons microstructure and measured magnetic properties by annealing treatment. The structure was fully amorphous as demonstrated by XRD investigation. The SEM image of as-cast amorphous ribbon was smooth overall. DSC thermal analysis shows the results for the Tg was 494°C and ∆Tx was 43°C. The magnetic measurements show the value of Ms was 1.18 T and Hc was 33.66 A/m. Then Curie temperature (Tc) was 284°C .The SEM image observation of ribbons annealed at various temperature. It was found crystallization at 500°C. The structure was α-Fe phase by XRD. As temperature increases up to 600°C, the surface precipitation happened of spherical and net-like crystallization. The best magnetic properties which Ms was 1.46 T at 600°C and Hc was 30.87 A/m at 500°C when annealing treatment for 10 minutes by VSM. It was verified that annealing treatment can improve the soft magnetic properties of alloy ribbon.
