This study applied the war-art and TRIZ theory to product development ofenterprises and to solve the problem of the product design. The war-art and TRIZ theory were also employed to build a qualitative index screenplay directed so as to facilitate the use of the relevant situation echoes. According to the TRIZ technology, this study determines the obtained results, which focuses on the problem solved for the design and innovation of products. This is advantageous to help specific tactical approach. The results obtained by the art of war is to thinking strategy launched. This helps to choose the strategy when developing the products. This study presented the successful results using the war-art and TRIZ theory. The results provides the references of the development of the products for the technology decision of enterprises.
