形象體驗理論引導設計工作營之研究

A Study of Imagery-Experiential Theory through Design Workshop

摘要


體驗一詞,已成為現今工業設計的顯學,其中包含了名詞與動詞的意涵。本研究目的在於建立一套形象體驗理論模式,將消費者對於產品的成功消費體驗,向前延伸至設計企劃階段,透過設計工作營的執行,激盪出設計師內隱且更能貼近消費者體驗之設計創意。 研究成果經由實驗設計,透過實際的參與、執行工作營併以問卷調查之研究過程,透過設計工作營之執行是否產生回饋與創新方向。比較參與「短距離交通載具工作營」與「數位心生活提案工作營」的成員,透過交叉比本研究所設定之「形象刺激源」(imagery-stimulation factors)與「體驗模組」(experiential modules)的變化情況。了解成員在設計工作營過程中之影響,並對此系統方法論提出改良。本研究之研究成果有以下兩點:(一) 提供創新產品開發前階段之設計企劃會議一個新的腦力激盪模式。(二) 建構夠出創新企劃延續性的策略模型,以便應用於他類產品設計企劃使用。透過開放、自由、具系統性的設計工作營來釋放參與之團隊成員內隱之設計思維,突破現有市場產品之格局,激盪出創新的設計提案。

The term of design, nowadays has become very trendy. “Experiential” can be a noun, or a verb. The following research includes consumers’ experiences, executions from the design workshop, design planning, and so on.Through design planning, the design processes of are transferring to the designers motivations, and that at last is forming to a set of imagery stimulation methods. There results of this research report derived from experiential design, practical hands -on projects, executive workshop and survey sheets. The above examined the team of designers, seeing if they are operating their projects on the right track with renovations .Comparing with participants from. The outcome of this research is stated below. 1) Offering a brainstorming model for the pre-planned stage of product development. 2) Construct a lasting planning strategy model, in order to apply on the other products. The establishment of this set of imagery-stimulation methods appears to be a break through of the current market format.
