暫態恢復電壓為高壓氣體絕緣開關設備短路試驗之關鍵數據,亦為斷路器啟斷能力評估的重要依據。本論文以Matlab/Simulink軟體及EMTP/ATP電磁暫態分析軟體模擬出四參數電路模型在斷路器啟斷瞬間的暫態恢復電壓波形,以檢驗暫態恢復電壓值是否符合IEC國際標準。本論文使用荷蘭電力試驗機構(KEMA)試驗電路之模型,來分析試驗電路參數和暫態恢復電壓之關係。 斷路器在試驗過程中暫態恢復電壓會因為環境因素而改變,將電壓變動範圍調整到IEC國際標準範圍內為試驗機構重要的技術。本論文利用程式將可變動元件逐一代入電路模型,經過一連串的模擬找出在符合IEC國際標準之下的元件變動量,以期待在實際試驗時能有調整元件的參考依據。
Transient recovery voltage is important data of high-voltage gas insulated switchgear short-circuit test. It’s also assessment breaking capacity quite important basis. In this paper was useful Matlab / Simulink software and EMTP / ATP software to simulate of electromagnetic transient analysis in the four-parameter model of Circuit Breaker Transient Recovery voltage waveforms. To test the value of transient recovery voltage whether match with standards of IEC.Using of the Dutch testing institutions of power (KEMA) on the test circuit model to analyze the test circuit and the relationship between the transient recovery voltage. Transient Recovery Voltage in the braker will be affected by the eniorment.To control the variable voltage value within IEC standard is an very important technique of the testing institution.We use the method of programming to test the variable devices in a circuit model. After a series of testing, author find out the variable value under IEC standard, and hopefully to build a reference to adjust the value and specification of devices in experiments.
