以虛擬化技術開發應用於遠距照護服務系統之雲端運算環境研究與評估

摘要


由於近年來醫療科技進步,人類社會逐漸邁向高齡化,再加上高齡者對醫療保健需求與日具增,整合資通訊技術(ICT)之遠距照護服務將是未來的趨勢。因此,遠距照護平台應要能提供多人即時生理參數之擷取、傳送與儲存之健康狀態監測服務以及儲存服務。 本論文在基於雲端運算環境架構之下,提出適用於分析大量生理訊號同步傳輸模式的增效型網路方法,此架構我們稱之為基於雲端運算環境之遠距照護系統,此系統是對於網路多人即時生理訊號資料傳輸,伺服器負載平衡技術應用而建立的。我們基於虛擬化架構計算每個虛擬機器的排名,並以其排名作為建立動態配置伺服器的資料傳輸機制依據,並以實體網路環境與軟體設計實驗證明其正確性。由實驗結果得知,分散式運算架構可以提昇多人且連續資料存取效率與穩定性,且以虛擬化環境所建置之雲端運算環境證實可提供遠距照護平台一有效且擴充彈性之網路架構。

In recent years, due to gradually aging of society and increasing desire on healthcare for elderly people, telecare services integrated with information and communication technology (ICT) become the most promising future trend. Telecare platform should provide numerous people with real-time acquisition, transmission, and storing of physiological parameters in monitoring services and storage services of health status. This paper proposed a synergistic network algorithm for a large amount data streaming of physiological signals based on cloud computing environment. It is called a telecare service platform which was built on a cloud computing (Private Cloud) environment. This design of telecare platform is aimed to fulfill the requirement of real-time physiological signal data transmission for multi-user and server load balancing. We calculated the ranking of each virtual machine (VM) based on virtualization. Moreover we built up a dynamic data transmission mechanism depending on its ranking. Experiments were conducted in a real network environment to verify the correctness of algorithm. From the experimental results, distributed computing architecture can enhance the efficiency and stability while large amounts of data access from multi-user. It is also evident that it can provide an effective and flexible network infrastructure using virtualization-based cloud computing.
