聚芳香醚高分子材料之電阻式雙穩態記憶元件特性研究

摘要


近年高分子材料在電子元件上的應用漸漸受到注意,例如,有機發光二極體、有機太陽能電池、有機薄膜電晶體;和最近被受重視的有機雙穩態記憶元件。本文主要研究有機雙穩態記憶元件的基本現象,這高分子材料製作的記憶元件通常使用簡單的三明治結構,利用上下金屬電極中間夾著ㄧ層有機高分子薄膜,施加一個偏壓後觀測它的電流電壓特性,利用施加的偏壓造成元件產生高傳導狀態(ON-STATE)和低傳導狀態(OFF-STATE)兩種不同的傳導狀態來達到記憶儲存的能力。

Organic materials have attracted a lot of attention recently years such as Organic light-emitting diodes, Organic solar cells, Organic thin-film transistors and Organic bistable memory devices. This article is studied about organic bistable memory devices based on the Poly(arylether)s. This polymer is used to make a device of sandwich structure, organic films between two metals. The current-voltage characteristics show that the device switches from the initial Low-conduction to High-conduction when we used external electric field. The different state can be used as binary “0” and “1”.
