無機聚合綠色水泥收縮性質與工作性質改善之研究

無機聚合綠色水泥是一種三維架狀結構鋁矽酸鹽材料，主要是以富含矽、鋁之材料，與鹼性溶液攪拌製成，其擁有高強度、高材料相容性等多方面優異之性質，為似水泥之建築材料。製備過程中無需經高溫燒結處理，於常溫下即可製成。若能以無機聚合技術為基礎，發展出低二氧化碳排放量的綠色水泥，則可有效解決國內水泥工業二氧化碳排放量之問題。由於目前以水淬高爐爐石粉與燃煤飛灰所製成之無機聚合綠色水泥，會因收縮率過高產生裂紋，且有快速硬化降低工作性質等缺點，因此仍無法有效應用。研究主要探討無機聚合綠色水泥其高收縮之原因與機制，並找出較佳改善方法且維持相應之工作性。研究結果顯示，無機聚合綠色水泥之抗壓強度可達到45MPa，抗彎強度為18MPa，收縮率為1.4%，硬化時間為初凝41分鐘，終凝50分鐘。而添加矽灰石(粗)為填充物可以有效改善無機聚合綠色水泥各項性質，其抗壓強度可提升至49MPa，抗彎強度提升至20MPa，收縮率下降至0.6%。另外濕式養護下，其收縮率可以降至0.05%，說明無機聚合綠色水泥之收縮與水分散失與否有明顯的關係。延遲拆模3天可以提升抗壓強度與減少收縮率。而添加硼砂為緩凝劑則可以有效減緩無機聚合綠色水泥之硬化速度，初凝為110分鐘，終凝為139分鐘，反應之水化熱下降8°C。將本研究製程與製造水泥所產生之二氧化碳排放量進行比較，每取代一公噸水泥，二氧化碳排放量最佳可節省0.730公噸。經濟成本評估，無機聚合綠色水泥價格為3,415-3,473$/ton，傳統波特蘭水泥價格為2500-3500$/ton。若以每立方米進行計算，無機聚合綠色水泥價格為5,228-5,335$/M3，水泥價格為4,050-5,700$/M3顯示其無機聚合綠色水泥具有一定之競爭力，深具市場價值。

Geopolymer green cement was fabricated by mixing ground granulated blast furnace slag and coal fly ash with the alkaline solution. Like cementitious materials, the advantages of geopolymer green cement with highly strength, good durability, acid resistance, can be made at room temperature. However, high shrinkage and cracks are two problems for geopolymer green cement. This study improved the shrinkage and cracks for geopolymer green cement. The results show the geopolymer green cement can be achieved the compressive strength of 49MPa, flexural strength 20MPa, shrinkage less than 0.6%, using rod like crystal structure of wollastonite as the filler to improve the shrinkage and cracks. Curing in high humidity (RH > 95%) can reduce the shrinkage to less than 0.05%. Besides, increasing the de-mould time also can reduce the shrinkage. Using borax as the retarder, the setting time can be increased to 139 min and the setting reaction heat can be reduced to 21℃. It is estimated that for replacing one ton of Portland cement by geopolymer green cement can be saved 83% carbon dioxide emission, and the price of geopolymer green cement is approximately 3,415-3,473 NTD/ton. The geopolymer green cement has great potential for industry application.
