316L與多孔性不銹鋼薄管接合性質之研究

Study on Bonding Characterization of 316L and Porous Stainless Steel Thin Pipes

摘要


本研究主要探討過濾器的接合技術,比較氬銲、電漿銲接、雷射銲接與真空硬銲製程,對316L不銹鋼與多孔性(PSS)不銹鋼管接合特性之影響。研究結果顯示氬銲後PSS基材與銲道熱影響區產生細孔缺陷,而形成熱裂縫現象,而電漿銲接與雷射銲接製程也發現在接合處上產生細孔;相較真空硬銲接合面無裂縫產生,其界面生成相為PSS/Fe2Ti/CuTi/Ag/CuTi/Fe2Ti/316L;真空硬銲添加ACST填料,試片其接合面平均硬度值高於添加ACT填料試片,且添加ACT填料於950℃與添加ACST填料於930℃時,其各點硬度變化差異性較小,避免應力集中現象發生;附著力測試結果顯示,真空硬銲參數ACST880之接合強度可達19.5MPa,經冷熱衝擊試驗400 cycle times後,因裂縫產生使其接合強度下降到17.6MPa,而ACT980其接合強度在冷熱衝擊試驗後為最差;測漏試驗結果顯示,參數為ACT930與ACST930之薄管沒有漏氣現象發生,兩種參數為最佳參數,其結果達到本研究之目的。

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of various bonding techniques, including TIG welding, plasma arc welding, and laser welding, on the bonding properties of 316L stainless steel and porous stainless steel (PSS). The results show that the hot cracking is observed in the heat affected zone between PPS and weld bead as TIG welding is applied. Meanwhile, the cracks can be also found in the samples prepared by plasma arc welding and laser welding. On the contrary, no crack can be formed during the vacuum brazing process, and Fe2Ti/CuTi/Ag/CuTi/Fe2Ti phase is formed by diffusion between the substrate and filler metals. In vacuum brazing process, the hardness value of the sample with ACST filler metals treated at 930℃ is higher than that of the sample with ACT filler metals treated at 950℃. Also, the difference in various hardness values is slight to reduce the stress concentration. Pull off test results also indicate that ACST880 samples exhibit 19.5 MPa of bonding strength and then the bonding strength is reduced to 17.6 MPa after the thermal shock with 400 cycle times due to the formation of the cracks. However, the thermal shock test reveals that the ACT980 samples have the lowest bonding strength. Leakage test also explains that ACT930 and ACST 930 samples have no leakage, which the optimized parameters to achieve the purpose of this study.
