混合動力車之動力整合分配機構效率分析

摘要


本研究針對TOYOTA Prius與HONDA Insight現有兩款車系,系統化的分析齒輪間轉速與扭力之相對關係,並進而評估二者之系統效率。首先利用Grubler自由度拘束式分析該結構之自由度,並應用槓桿模擬法與基本迴路法(Fundamental circuit)配合Advisor軟體求得結構中之各桿件的輸出轉速與扭力,接著分析在各種模式下該動力分配機構之效率。最後 藉由Prius與Insight系統動力分配機構之效率評估,本研究建議設置一額外離合器改善Prius系統在馬達模式之缺陷,以節省車輛之電能消耗。

In order to compare the system efficiency of two hybrid electric vehicles, TOYOTA Prius and HONDA Insight, this study systematic explores the relation of gear angular velocity and torque transmitted. At First, the study analyzes the mechanism freedom by Grubler’s theory, and uses the lever simulation and Fundamental circuit to find the rpm and torque of each linkage. Finally the efficiency of the power distribution mechanism at different driving conditions is analyzed and compared. By estimating the efficiency of Prius and Insight system, this study incorporates a clutch into Prius system to improve the drawbacks of motor mode and to reduce the electric power consumption of the vehicle.
