建築物深開挖連續壁之規劃與設計-以臺北市大同區大龍國小改建工程為例

摘要


近年來由於工商形態之改變,造成鄉村人口流失與都會人口大量遷入,導致都會建築物密集度集中,配合住宅需求量提昇,於地狹人稠之臺北市形成新構築或都市更新改建之建築構造物普遍均往高層建築物模式發展之情況,加上往往建商為配合住戶公共空間(如停車場、休憩設施…等)配置所須,或為換取更佳建築物容積率之停車獎勵條例配套調整,演變成於都會區建築物基礎,規劃設計有朝向深開挖方式邁進。 本技術報告主要內容,綜合個人近年工作心得與公司先進前輩指導,以大地工程師從接獲建築案之基礎擋土規劃選則,至各項開挖穩定分析檢核流程與連續壁壁體穩定分析及配合實際案例(臺北市大同區大龍國小改建工程)監測成果印證回饋陳述,俾利閱讀了解。 內容主要介紹連續壁體開挖穩定分析之步驟,數值分析程式分別採用RIDO程式及TORSA程式進行分析,並將上述程式對於分析時之參數設定予以概略介紹,最後將施工期間之(壁體傾度管、支撐應變計、建物沉陷釘、水位觀測井)監測數值成果予以整理對照。
