摘要


為了能讓混合動力電動汽車提供更好更高的燃油經濟性,引擎頻繁的啟動和停止是不可避免的。具體來說,串並聯的混聯式動力系統的結構在引擎啟動和停止時,傳輸引擎扭矩的脈動經由車身傳遞到駕駛座位,造成的振動將會降低乘坐的品質。此外,電動馬達的快速反應也是容易導致動力傳動系統的振動的原因。本文提出了一種為混聯式混合動力汽車所設計的電機控制系統,以減小這些振動。文中將此電機控制系統用來補償在引擎啟動期間的轉矩脈動。將此減振的電機控制方法用在豐田Prius的電機控制器上,分析的結果顯示,此控制方法有效地降低了60.2%的車輛振動,也大大改善了乘坐的舒適度。

In order to make hybrid electric vehicles with good fuel economy, frequent starting and stopping of the engine is inevitable. Specifically, torque ripple caused by the engine auto-start and stop can transfer to the driver seat through the vehicle body structure, and effect the quality of the ride. In addition to that, the electric motor’s rapid reaction can also increase the driveline vibration. This paper presents a car motor control system to reduce these vibrations. The motor control system controls the electric motor to compensate the torque ripple caused by the engine during auto-start. This motor control strategy is applied in the Toyota PRIUS motor controller simulation, and greatly improves the ride comfort by 60.2%.
