摘要


供應商評估準則在供應鏈中是一項重要的考量。對於建立良好的供應商評選系統可以維持物料品質的穩定度或價格的合理性等。近年來昔日受到環境保護的重視下,在選擇供應商物料的同時,需加以考慮到供應商具有符合環保的準則。因此,本研究對於供應商評選及數量分配之問題考量,並以多目標數學規劃模式進行最佳化之求解,利用柏拉圖基因演算法(Pareto genetic algorithm, PGA)來求得最佳決策,並透過本研究案例的結果分析得到最佳的方案,以達企業之期望目標。

Supplier’s assessment criterion in the supply chain is an important consideration. Suppliers, who have established qualified assessment criterion would be able to maintain the stability of quality and reasonable price, so on. In recent years, because of the realization of the importance of environmental protection, when a material supplier is chosen, it is necessary to consider whether the material supplier satisfy the requirement of environmental protection criteria. Therefore, this study considers about supplier selection and quantity distribution issues, and uses multi-objective mathematical programming model to optimize the solution, and also uses Pareto Genetic Algorithm (Pareto genetic algorithm, PGA) to obtain the best decision, through analyzing the result of this case study we can achieve the best design and are able to obtain enterprise’ targets.
