摘要

將大量資料視覺化成易懂的圖，可協助資料使用者在短時間內取得大量資料的總結。臺北科大軟體系統實驗室已多年實行Scrum，並使用ezScrum為其工具，開發團隊於ezScrum上所紀錄的開發資訊日漸龐大，並且這些過往資訊對於團隊來說只是單純對於專案開發的資訊，並無更進一步的意義，如何將這些龐大的紀錄資料在短時間內得到總結，並成為幫助團隊的助力成為了一個問題。因此本篇論文提出一ezScrum插件工具，透過資料視覺化，將開發團隊於ezScrum紀錄的大量資訊，轉變成直覺易懂的圖，因此讓原本只是單純記錄的專案開發資料，轉化成為可以幫助團隊改善合作效率的資訊。本論文將呈現臺北科大軟體系統實驗室ezScrum專案歷史資料的資料視覺化結果。

Build amount of data to an understandable visual diagram, it assists user to get a lot of information. Taipei Tech Software System Laboratory had run Scrum with ezScrum as tool for years, the record of development growing by days, and this information just historical data, there is no further significance, how to get summary in a short time and became help for team become a question. Therefore, this paper proposes an ezScrum plug-in tools, through data visualization, analyses record from ezScrum to an intuitively and understandable visual diagram, so it becomes helpful information to improve efficiency of collaboration for team from simple record. This paper will present data visualization result, using Taipei Tech Software System Laboratory ezScrum team’s historical data.
