水電空調工程教育訓練之研究
A Study on the Education and Training of Water-Electricity and Air-Conditioning Engineering
摘要
由於全球經濟變遷，及我國產業結構變化，最近這幾年我國失業率也不斷上升，因此行政院勞工委員會職業訓練局更不遺餘力開辦職業訓練，希望失業者能盡快重返工作崗位。本研究將藉職訓局北區職訓中心的水電空調班訓練內容及技能檢定與學員訓練結訓後之就業狀況，以問卷調查並佐以專家學者之訪談及建議提出研討，從中歸納出結論，使職訓中心爾後開辦相關職類之訓練課程內容之擬定與技能之訓練重心，進而使學員就業更為順利並証實空調水機電之從業人員(水電工、冷凍空調安裝及修理工)持續之需求量並未衰減。

As a result of changes in the global economy and industrial structure in Taiwan. In recent years, the unemployment rate rising in Taiwan. Therefore , Council of Labor Affairs Vocational Training Council spare no effort to offer more vocational training and hope that the unemployed return to work as soon as possible. In this study, by the VTC Vocational Training Center of the North Water conditioning class training content and skills test, and students training for employment after training. Accompanied by questionnaires and interviews with experts and recommendations of the discussion from the inductive conclusion. Later, vocational training centers to offer training courses related categories of content preparation and skill training center. Thereby enabling smooth placement and confirmed that the employees in the Electrical and Mechanical air conditioning water（Plumber , refrigeration and air conditioning install and maintenance man） demand does not continue the attenuation.
