本篇論文利用電晶體小訊號模型架構主動式有機發光面板(AMOLED)畫素驅動電路參數模型來驗證有機發光二極體(OLED)負載電流訊號突波與OLED元件以及驅動電晶體特性的相關性,並提出改善訊號波形的方法。我們分別模擬理想負載與OLED元件負載在方波驅動電壓輸入下的跨壓、電流、實功率與虛功率訊號,並對各模擬訊號波形做快速傅立葉轉換,藉由快速傅立葉轉換的結果分析模擬與實驗量測訊號波形的異同。模擬及實驗量測訊號的結果皆顯示,OLED負載電流訊號的各階諧波成份均較理想負載電流訊號來得大,因此造成了訊號突波雜訊的產生。模擬使用電容濾波器的結果,可使OLED負載電流訊號突波大小與振幅之比值降低約86%,實功率訊號突波大小與振幅之比值降低約74%,虛功率訊號突波大小與振幅之比值降低約91%。
In this thesis research, the correlation between the surge phenomena in the current-loading waveforms and the characteristics of driving transistor in basic 2T1C AMOLED pixel circuitry was investigated by applying small-signal transistor model. Both ideal and OLED loads in basic 2T1C pixel circuitry were simulated by supplying square voltage waveforms. There current-loading waveforms as well as real and reactive powers were analyzed by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Both simulation and experimental results revealed that the harmonic currents of OLED were greater in all orders compared to those of ideal load. Our simulation result also suggested that the amplitude of the current surge in OLED load could be reduced by 86% by adding a capacitor filter. The real and reactive power oft OLED load also be reduced 75% and 91% respectively after applying capacitor filter.
