本研究目的是使用新的雷射雕刻控制卡PMC2搭配DA2-16子卡建立新的控制系統,操控舊有的機台硬體設備,透過 Microsoft Visual Basic 2008撰寫的人機介面程式,將單軸手動操作、自動載入檔案、雷射參數設定、振鏡掃描頭執行掃描、測試雷射功率等功能整合到程式中,完成振鏡掃描RP系統之自動化作業。並進一步評估XY-Plotter與振鏡掃描頭兩者應用於製程上之技術的優劣。 在人機介面上設定各流程參數、雷射參數及欲值執行之流程步驟及掃描層數後,按下執行流程按鈕,實際上機測試後,機台能自動鋪層、乾燥、雷射掃描,持續循環直到到達設定的掃描層數為止,驗證了自動化程式的可行性。 相比較XY-Plotter與振鏡掃描頭後,證明振鏡掃描頭的使用能使製程縮短大量的時間,提升製程效能。
The purpose of this study is to control the existing apparatus with a new laser engraving control card PMC2 and DA2-16 sub-card. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 was employed to edit Human-Machine Interface program (HMI), and to integrate the functions of the single axle manual operating, automatic file loading, laser parameters setting, galvanometer scanning, and laser power testing to an automatic rapid prototyping system. Furthermore, the advantage and disadvantages of scanning with a XY-Plotter or a galvanometer scanner were evaluated. Process parameters, laser parameters, process steps, and numbers of scanning layer were set in the HMI. After testing the program at the RP apparatus, the process of layer casting, drying, laser scanning could operate automatically until the setting numbers of layer was achieved. The results verified the feasibility of this automation program. By comparing XY-Plotter with galvanometer scanner, the later can reduce a lot of time consumption of the process and improve the process performance.
