自動雨刷系統之設計與控制

摘要


本論文探討以模糊控制器控制在自動雨刷系統中雨刷馬達作動,利用車輛行進中不同的雨勢大小及行駛車速變化的相互關係,設計出具雙輸入雙輸出控制特性之控制器,提供更完善的一套合理控制策略。 本研究以模糊邏輯控制器(Fuzzy Logic Controller,FLC)作為主要系統之控制核心,以現有的雨滴感測器來取得車外週遭狀況,並搭配LabVIEW軟體所設計之介面及硬體來驅動雨刷馬達,使馬達呈現出無段變速及間歇功能。實驗結果顯示,該項控制策略方法可運用於車輛在不同的環境型態下行駛,可即時有效刮除擋風玻璃之雨滴,提供駕駛者更佳的操控環境及道路安全。

The aim of this thesis is to discuss about using a fuzzy logic controller to control the movement of the wiper motor in the automatic wiper system. This system provides a better and reasonable control system by designing the one with characteristics of double input and double output according to the relationship between rain intensity and vehicle speed. This study uses the control the Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) as the core of the main system. It uses the existing rain sensor to obtain the surrounding condition of the vehicle and to work with the LabVIEW interface and hardware to activate the wiper motor. So the motor can have continuously variable speed function and intermittence function. The experimental results show that the control strategy method may be applied to vehicles under various driving conditions. It can effectively clean the raindrops on the windshield in real time to provide better cruise environment and road safety to drivers.
