摘要


在全球高度競爭及需求快速變化的供應鏈環境之下,如何有效率地進行存貨控制,來縮短前置時間以及相關存貨成本是現今最重要的課題之一。本論文的目的是在研究買賣雙方互相合作的關係下針對許多傳統的整合存貨模式研究中,不合實際的情形加以修正,並考慮延遲付款期限相依於訂購量以及不良品發生的假設條件下,發展出一套適用於不可靠環境下的整合存貨模型,以發展出此最佳存貨策略決策演算法,尋求買賣雙方之總成本最小化,同時推導出最佳零售商訂購量、最佳補貨週期以及產品從供應商至零售商的最佳運送次數。本論文將搭配數值範例以說明此存貨模型的結果,範例結果顯示,不良品的發生會導致此存貨模型之總成本增加,且運送的次數也會隨著不良品的增加而升高。因此,在考慮諸多現實因素下,本論文所提出之整合存貨模型,是非常符合現實環境的新存貨模式,並可供企業作為存貨策略的參考依據。

Due to increasing challenges and changing demand in highly competitive global supply chain environment, how to use inventory control reducing lead time and the associated inventory cost become more and more important in this situation. The assumptions necessary to rationalize the use of traditional inventory models are seldom satisfied. So the objective of this study is to develop an improved inventory model and its solution algorithm to help the enterprises to advance their cost decreasing in a single vendor-single buyer environment with permissible delay in payments depending on the ordering quantity and imperfect production. The goal of this paper is to derive simultaneously the optimal order quantity and the number of lots which are delivered from the vender to the buyer. Finally, numerical examples are given to explain the proposed solution procedure. The results of examples illustrate that applying the permissible delay in payments depending on the ordering quantity strategy can create a win-win situation between the vendor and the buyer. Furthermore, imperfect quality items will cause the cost and number of lots increase of the whole model. So for more closely conforming to the actual inventories and responding to the factors that contribute to inventory costs, our proposed new model can be the references to the business applications.
