隨著科技日新月異的進步,企業也不斷追求自動化的機器生產設備,當製造系統中,使用自動化的機器設備時,唯有提升良好的製造設施佈置,在最佳空間的規劃中,使物料流程的順暢、避免物料回流情形發生、最短的搬運途程(距離)、最少的物料搬運成本並增加製造的流暢性、及提高機器操作效率的目標;然而,現今的製造設施佈置中,通常是以脊椎式的佈置方式為主,此方式較彈性化,且可減少冗長時間的花費,並能提升製造設施佈置的整體生產績效,促進製造的流程順暢,並且使用自動化的機器設備更能充分發揮。 本研究使用粒子群演算法(PSO)的技術特點,應用在製造系統的設計中解決優選的製造設施佈置問題,並建立一個數學模型,發展在機器(部門)的物料流動距離,以典型的零工式和流程式這兩種佈置於製造環境,分析考量各式各樣的現實方面,例如限制區或地點限制等等,希望藉由粒子群演算法的優點,尋求出製造設施佈置的最小物料搬運(佈置)成本,並且尋找近似最佳解的佈置方案,也能減少物料搬運成本,將其隨機亂數的最佳參數組合,並與文獻中的其他演算法(如基因演算法)所獲取之結果,加以分析與比較,也將探討其物料搬運成本的差異,再可接受的時間、品質、範圍內,求取一近似最佳解的佈置方案。
With the progress of science and technology with rapid change, enterprises are pursuing the machine production equipment of automation constantly too,when in the manufacture system, use the machinery equipment of automationing,only improve good manufacture facilities to fix up, in best planning of space,make supplies procedure smooth preventing supplies backset current situation taking place,most short routing of carrying from (the distance) , supplies at least carry cost and increase smoothness that produce, and improve machine operate goal of efficiency;However, in now's facilities are fixed up, usually take arrangement way of the vertebra type as the core, this way is relatively the elasticity,and the cost that can reduce tediously long time, and the whole one that can improve facilities and fix up produces the performance, promote the procedure made to be smooth,but also the machinery equipment using automation can be fully worthy of waving. This research will be used the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) of performing Technical application,it is solve there aren't facility of optimum seeking at the designs not to apply to manufacture system of,set up a mathematics model, develop in the machine (department) Supplies last distance,by odd-job man that is typical and procedure preface these two layout assign at manufacturing environment,analyses that considers the realistic respect of all kinds, for example the restraining from area or the place is limited etc.,hope one group of advantages of performing the algorithm by the particle,look for out and make the minimum supplies cost that facilities fixed up, can is it appear approximate best scheme of decorating that solve, can reduce supplies perform carry the cost too to seek,best parameter association of random its, and with to algorithm while being other document (whether Genetic Algorithm for instance) The result of the income, analyses and compare, and probe into its difference of carrying the cost of supplies, in more acceptable time, quality, range,ask for an approximate best arrangement scheme that solves.
