摘要


隨著IP化腳步的到來, 網路電話已漸漸在普及於一般社會大眾, 而網路電話協定SIP也因簡單扼要而漸漸被國際大廠所接受, 因此SIP通訊協定之重要性可見一般, SIP通訊協定讓網路電話得以在網際網路上相互通訊, 在電話之訊令上使用SIP協定, 而在聲音之溝通上則使用RTP協定, 但是一般通訊系統之終端部分, 通訊內容包含各式樣之多媒體, 例如: 語音, 影像, 影音, 文字, 檔案, ...等, 而RTP協定僅處理影音串流封包, 如何處理多媒體訊息, 成為重要課題 本論文將設計一多媒體RTP, 此多媒體RTP乃將語音, 影像, 影音, 文字, 檔案,…等多媒體整合進入RTP協定, 使得上層SIP端甚至應用層可以輕易地將各式多媒體整合近來, 大家各自開發各種多媒體應用時, 得以不用重複投資RTP技術研發, 而快速發展應用系統

Internet grows like crazy in the past 20 years. Many applications such as VoIP are widely spread under the public Internet. Moreover, the Session Initial Protocol(SIP) is widely accepted by most of the VoIP product. Thus, the SIP protocol is very important for the Internet communication. The SIP protocol makes the communication between each end-point under Internet become true. In the SIP call-setup, the SIP protocol is employed to make the signal of call-setup. The RTP protocol is employed to make the media communication. However, the media communication includes the Speech, Image, Animation, Text, File,…,etc. In the general SIP call-setup, the RTP is just focused on the speech communication. Thus, an multi-media RTP for the speech, image, animation, text, file ,…,etc, is urgently required for the VoIP application. An multi-media RTP(MM-RTP) is researched and implemented in the thesis. In the MM-RTP protocol, the speech, image, animation, text, file, text-to-speech,… are integrated. Most of VoIP application can be easily implemented by the MM-RTP stack. The MM-RTP makes the development of SIP-based application become easily.
