隨著全球氣候的變遷與能源的供需趨緊,也使得再生能源的發展越來越受到重視,其中以太陽能電池發展之綠色能源應用幾乎成為經濟與社會發展的最高指導原則,太陽能是取之不盡用之不竭的潔淨能源,不具任何環境汙染。因此,將太陽光能轉換成電能之太陽能電池日趨備受矚目。 光敏化染料太陽薄膜電池材料和製造價格皆比矽太陽電池廉價,在性能轉換效率也比各種矽晶與非晶矽太陽電池值得期待,故本論文針對各種光敏化染料劑N3、N719、Black dye、C343、NKX-2311與NKX-2460及薄膜太陽電池CdTe/Cds與CIGS之性質比較,探討在產生相同的電力之下,其太陽電池所需面積、填充因子(FF)與光電轉換效率各種特性分析,得知何種光敏化染料太陽薄膜電池,以其達到低成本、高效率之太陽薄膜電池。
With the change of global climate and reducing supply of energy, the development of renewable energy become more and more important nowadays. Among that, the development of green solar energy applications is almost the highest guiding principle of economic and social development. Solar energy is an inexhaustible and clean energy, it will not cause any environmental pollution. Therefore, the solar cells which translating the solar energy into electricity has become more and more arresting. Both the materials and manufacturing prices of dye-sensitized thin film solar cells is cheaper than si-solar cells, besides, the conversion efficiency in the performance is more worth to wait than various silicon and amorphous silicon solar cells. This paper focus on the various nature of the comparison of dye like N3、N719、Black dye、C343、NKX-2311,NKX-2460 and thin film solar cells, and discussing under the same generating power, the required area of solar cell, the analysis of various characters of fill factor and incident photonto-current conversion efficiency, To know what kind of dye-sensitized thin film solar cells, and reached its low cost, high efficiency thin film solar cell.
