脈搏與心電訊號協同應用於醫療照護之研製

The Development of Pulse and ECG Signal Collaboration Applied for Medical Care

摘要


本研究為達到醫療照護之生理訊號之量測,融合醫療、電子與資訊科技,研發擷取人體脈搏與心電訊號的感測器,可於醫療照護管理介面上同步顯示所擷取之脈搏與心電訊號。 本文研發之脈搏感測器係由導電性高分子聚合物製作而成,此種感測器利用材料電阻特性,擷取橈骨動脈之微小脈動。另外量測心電訊號採異於傳統十二導程貼片的方式,使用手握銅球式之心電訊號感測器擷取竇房結產生之微弱電訊號。本醫療照護介面將脈搏與心電訊號,經上述之感測器同步擷取,並進行快速傅立葉轉換,獲得脈搏與心電訊號之時域及頻域上人體之重要生理參數,可提供後續醫師對其生理參數相關性之研究。

This research attain to combine with medical, electronic and information technology, which innovate two sensor to extract pulse and ECG signals, and the pulse and electrocardiogram signal show synchronize in medical care management interface. We use conduct polymeric compounds implement sensor to measure pulse signal, also the sensor can measure radial variation of radial artery, extract electrocardiogram signal different from each patch ways, by using handheld metal sensor to extract electric signal from SA node. The medical care interface to synchronize extract from sensor, and get pulse signal and ECG signal of people’s important physiological parameters in time domain and frequency domain, also provide correlation between pulse signal and ECG signal for fallow-up study.
