X設計導入協同產品設計機制之探討-以精密機械產業為例

摘要


台灣的製造業已由代工型態逐漸往上整合為設計型態,為了因應此環境,使得製造業更加注重在產品研發設計及供應鏈上中下游之整合,從整個產品設計、研發、製造、配銷、上市與維護,整個供應鏈中成員都必須協同參與,配合網際網路提供資訊傳送與交換,故協同設計正形成一種趨勢。在協同產品研發設計中,相關研發文件可配合產品資料管理系統(PDM)中文件管理模組進行檔案管理與監控,可使研發人員不必浪費時間進行產品研發資料之搜尋。故本論文以PDM為基礎進而建構協同產品設計之X設計機制。 再者,現今之產業環境由於客戶規格多變、市價競爭常需快速降低成本與客戶期望報價需降低等影響,故X設計之重要性日益漸增。為了使研發流程不僅止於產品資料之傳遞,故必須整合X設計工具應用於其中,如品質機能展開(QFD)可表示顧客設計之需求,易裝配設計(DFA)與易製造設計(DFM)有助於目標成本之快速評估,失效模式與效應分析(FMEA)可視為品質設計(DFQ)等,再透過生產系統模擬軟體模擬整個生產現場之實際情況。整合產品資料管理系統、X設計軟體及生產模擬系統,上述三者透過資料庫交互存取資料運用,再以精密機械之產品─代步車減速器為案例,並透過X設計之手段,即時回饋顧客需求與交付供應商達交事項,快速驗證客戶需求功能規格、產品概念與目標成本之可行性,以達到務實協同產品設計。

The manufacturing industries of Taiwan have been transacted gradually from OEM to ODM. To respond this trend, the manufacturing industries have to pay more attention on product R&D process within supply chain. Design, develop, manufacture, sell, market and maintenance for overall product R&D process, the members in supply chain have to work collaboratively to achieve quick response for customers’ needs and lower cost. In Collaborative Product Design (CPD), product data must be stored well, accessible easily and updated in real time. Therefore, Product Data Management (PDM) system has been a basic platform for CPD. The object of this research is to implement Design for X (DFX) techniques into Collaborative Product Design (CPD) using PDM as a basic infrastructure. That is, Quality Function Development (QFD); is considered to meet customers’ needs. Schemes such as Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) are used to give fast evaluations for feasible product architecture and resulting target cost. Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), is regarded as Design for Quality (DFQ). In addition, production system simulation can imitate the actual capacity and constraints of shop floor. Actual unit cost of a product should include these unwanted deviations. Therefore, PDM, DFX techniques and production system simulation are integrated into CPD to achieve most economic and better understanding of product architecture among different proposed concepts. In this manner, the competitiveness of supply chain can be rapidly and readily enhanced to meet customers’ specifications and desired target cost.
