創新式企業協同入口網站開發輔助平台之研究

摘要

隨著電腦與網路科技的發展，企業也開始思考如何藉由建置企業協同入口網站來提升企業競爭力。而企業協同入口網站是結合資訊系統和入口網站，因此，如何以最有效的方式建置協同入口網站變的十分重要。現階段資訊系統的建置，有以下三種方法：1.購買現成的產品2.自行開發3.委外開發。雖然，自行開發與委外開發通常比較貼近企業實際的需求；但往往也因開發時間過於冗長、開發成本過於昂貴等因素，使得企業不得不選擇現成的資訊系統以建置企業協同入口網站。本文提出了一套輔助平台的創新架構，稱為KM4，用以協助企業快速開發企業協同入口網站。利用KM4平台內提供的元件以及創新的資料結構模型，不僅降低開發協同入口網站的門檻、縮短了系統開發時程，也降低系統維護的成本。本文最後是以一個簡單的應用範例，模擬藉由輔助平台進行協同入口網站開發的情境，並說明此一平台如何解決系統開發效率不彰與維護困難的問題。藉由KM4平台的輔助，企業才得以藉由協同入口網站開發效率的提昇，有效提昇企業整體的競爭力。

Competitive environment has driven enterprises by implementing enterprise colla- borative portal to retain competitive edge. Enterprise collaborative portal which consists of the enterprise’s internal information system and EIP. So, how to develop an collabo- rative in the short time is the objective of this research.
Nowadays building collaborative portal has three ways are as follows: 1.purchase product in market 2.develop by themselves 3.outsourcing system development. Although develop by themselves and outsourcing system development will be fit with enterprises needs. But as a result of spend much time and cost much money, enterprises always choose products in the market. How to building enterprise collaborative portal efficiently is very important. This paper presents an innovative assistant platform, named KM4, for developing e-systems. With KM4 platform, the efficiency on developing collaborative portal can be improved significantly.
