具諧波抑制功能之微帶線雙頻帶通濾波器

摘要


在本論文中,將呈現出利用新穎的方法來設計雙頻帶濾波器。可經由給定雙頻帶濾波器之規格,如兩中心頻率點、頻寬等,即可方便地得到相對應的各個元件值。這不僅可適用於一般濾波器的頻率響應函數,同時也達到通帶頻寬可控制之優點。 在設計此雙頻帶濾波器當中,先藉由轉換求出雙頻諧振器的等效電路,之後以阻抗匹配條件式找出適用於兩個通帶下的導納轉換器,並利用電容來達成導納轉換器的大小及相位補償,最後以微帶線結構製作雙頻帶濾波器電路。而本論文當中亦串接一個利用馬刺線與開路殘段之結合電路,達到一個具有寬頻帶諧波抑制效果的雙頻帶濾波器電路。 此外,針對於IEEE 802.11無線區域網路2.4 GHz及5.8 GHz的頻段,以微帶線結構來設計雙頻帶濾波器,並以IE3D模擬軟體做為驗證。而量測結果與設計理論相當符合。

In this thesis, a novel methodology of the dual-passband filter is proposed. It can obtain the corresponding element values conveniently by specifying the dual-passband filter, such as the center frequencies and bandwidths of two passband. It can not only apply to the conventional filter response, but also achieve the advantage of controllable bandwidth. First, the equivalent transformation is used to find the equivalent network of dual-passband resonator when designing the dual-passband filter. Then the impedance matching condition is used to determine the suitable inverter under the two passband, and the capacitors are adpoted to reach the magnitude and phase compensation of inverter. Finally, the dual-passband filter is realized by microstrip configuration. Moreover, a combination circuit consisting of spur-line and open stub is used to complete a dual-passband filter with wideband spurious suppression. A good agreement among the results of design, simulation and measurement, the usefulness of the proposed dual-passband filter is verified and suitable for IEEE 802.11 WLAN applications.
