線性滑軌靜額定負載之有限元素分析

摘要


線性滑軌為一重要的傳動元件,已廣泛用於工具機等產業中。線性滑軌主要是由滑塊、滾珠及滑軌組合而成。本研究係以有限元素進行分析探討線性滑軌的最大靜額定負載,並與ISO國際標準組織之線性滑軌規範中,靜額定負載值作一相驗證,研究結果可作為相關廠商在設計及使用線性滑軌時的重要依據。 本研究分為靜額定負載驗證分析與熱處理厚度之影響兩部分。靜額定負載分析主要在以有限元素驗證最大靜額定負載計算,以加壓在線性滑軌上所產生的永久變形量來驗證ISO規範公式所計算出的最大靜額定負載之間的差異。在熱處理厚度影響方面,則是藉由熱處理改變滑塊與滾珠表面硬化層的厚度,探討熱處理硬化層厚度對於滑軌滑塊永久變形量的影響,以了解線性滑軌靜額定負載受熱處理的影響程度。研究結果顯示,熱處理層的厚度的確會對滑塊和滾珠的永久變形量造成影響,尤其以滾珠永久變形量的影響最為劇烈。

Linear Guide is an important component of transmission has been widely used in industries and other as machine tools. Linear Guide is made of the slider, ball and slide combination. This study the finite element analysis to explore Linear Guideways The maximum static load. Linear Guideways specification and ISO international standards organization, Static load values for phase verification,The results can be used as an important basis of the related manufacturers in the design and use of the the linear slide rail.  This study is divided into static load rating to verify the analysis and hot treatment the thickness of two parts. Static load rating analysis to verify the finite element maximum static load calculation, Permanent deformation of the pressurized line the slide rails on the to verify the difference between the ISO standard formula to calculate the maximum static load. In the hot treatment the thickness of iMPacts, Slider and ball surface hardening layer thickness is changed by hot treatment. Of hot treatment to harden the permanent deformation of the iMPact of the thickness of the slide rail slider. To understand the Linear Guideways static load rating of the effect of hot treatment. The results show that the hot treatment the thickness of the layer is indeed the permanent deformation of the slider and ball iMPact, In particular, the most dramatic iMPact of the ball of permanent deformation.
