利用透地雷達定位自來水制水閥之研究

摘要


隨著社會經濟發展,每戶家中轉開水龍頭即有自來水可用。自來水自淨水廠輸送至每戶家中必須經過加壓,如發生爆管、破裂情形未進行關閉制水閥,停止供水進行緊急搶修維護,將形成強力水流沖刷路基,造成路面下陷或樓房倒塌,危及人民生命財產安全,所以保持制水閥隨時可供操作的狀態,對自來水事業單位而言,是非常重要的項目之一。 近年國內積極推動路平專案人孔減量,路面上各管線人、手孔蓋,除救災緊急使用之消防栓、制水閥等人手孔設備需與路面平齊,其餘管線設備皆要求下地,以維路面之平整及使用安全。惟在進行道路銑鋪加封柏油路面時常發生掩埋制水閥孔蓋情事。 道路一經開挖即形成弱面,在進行遭柏油掩埋制水閥孔蓋開挖施工前,應精密定位避免大面經開挖。本技術報告利用透地雷達此項非破壞性檢測技術(Non-Destructive Testing, NDT)於實地案例進行定位測試,以評估其可行性。 測試結果,透地雷達可精確定位遭柏油掩埋制水閥位置,並即時提供開挖位置地面下埋設管線及障礙物位置,予施工人員開挖工法之選擇及示手進行開挖之評估。最終彙整現行人手孔下地後找尋孔蓋位置的方法優缺點,提供其他管線單位人手下地後查找之建議。

With the social and economic development, household water faucet becoming is available everywhere. Purified water delivered to the house must be pressurized. When pipe broken or even burst happens and the valve is not shutdown to stop the water supply for emergency repairing, water erosion will form a strong foundation to cause the road subsidence or building collapse and hence to endanger the safety of life and property of the people. Therefore to keep the system ready for valve operation anytime, is one of the most important project. In recent years,the “Luping project” has been carried out to redace the hand-hole and man-hole covers, in addition to the emergency relief fire hydrants and valves are all required to be flushed with the road surface. The remaining pipeline equipment, must go down underground to keep the road smooth and easy to maintain. However, the valve hole covers are often covered by the asphalt during the final road paving proass. Once the road is excavated a weak surface is formed. The covers of the controlling valves must be precisely located before the excavation of road in order to avoid large area excavation. This technical report uses ground-penetrating radar to carry out a non-destructive technique (Non-Destructive Testing,NDT) for positioning the control valves in the field. The results of the testing shows that the penetrating radar can pinpoint the position of the valve system buried by the asphalt. It can also provide the position of the laying pipelines the obstacles under ground excavation.It will then supply the necessary information for the excavation workers.Finally, other methods to find the position of the manhole cover has been collected in order to study the advantages and disadvantages of the existing manpower hole techniques under the ground.
