BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+鹼土矽酸鹽螢光粉之合成與發光特性研究

Study on the Preparation and Luminescent Properties of BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ Phosphors

摘要


本研究為利用傳統高溫固態反應法製備共摻雜不同稀土元素之BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+螢光粉體,在製備BaSr2Si3O9母體時,討論不同合成溫度對BaSr2Si3O9母體合成的影響,另外摻雜激活劑時,使用Eu(NO3)3?6H2O及Dy2O3來摻雜,討論不同摻雜濃度,在大氣下的燒成溫度,添加LiF助熔劑及觀察共摻雜Eu3+及Dy3+的先後順序等實驗參數對其發光性質的影響。 實驗結果顯示,在母體燒成溫度為1100℃及1200℃時,可合成出BaSr2Si3O9母體較純的相,而摻雜1mol%Eu3+至1100℃及1200℃燒成之母體相中所合成之螢光粉體,比較其發光性質並無太大的差異,由放射光譜結果顯示,BaSr2Si3O9:Eu3+螢光粉的放射峰來自5D0→7FJ(J= 0, 1, 2, 3, 4)的躍遷,而研究發現其摻雜濃度5mol%時有最佳發光強度,在7mol%時發光強度則會下降。而BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+螢光粉體,Eu3+為主要的發光中心,先摻雜Eu3+後摻雜Dy3+的順序有較佳的發光強度,且發光強度會隨Dy3+的摻雜量增加而下降。 BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+螢光粉體是一種新的螢光粉,在紫外光及藍光波段有好的吸收,具有繼續研究發展的潛力。

The study used the solid state reaction to synthesize co-doping earth element BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ phosphor. To synthesize BaSr2Si3O9 host, we discuss the effect of different firing temperature. In activator doping process, we use Eu(NO3)3?6H2O solution and Dy2O3 for doping and the effect of different doping concentration, firing temperature, Eu3+,Dy3+ doping order on the luminescent properties is observed. Experimental results show that when the BaSr2Si3O9 host lattice in the atmosphere at firing temperature 1100℃ and 1200℃ can be prepared. Emission spectrum measurement results show that the emission peaks of BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+ phosphor are originated from 5D0→7FJ(J= 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) transitions. The luminous intensity increased as raising the concentration of activator, and the maximum luminous intensity is observed when the Eu3+ doping concentration is 5mol%. BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ phosphor, Eu3+ is the main emission center, which show orange-red color and independent of host lattice surroundings. BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ phosphor, in the doping order of Eu3+,Dy3+ have better emission intensity. BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ phosphor is a novel phosphor. It can be excited in the UV range and blue range. BaSr2Si3O9: Eu3+, Dy3+ phosphor is a potential phosphor for research and development.
