車輛懸吊機構之構造合成

Structural Synthesis of Vehicle Suspension Mechanisms

摘要


本研究主要目的在於將機構構造創新設計程序應用於車輛的獨立式懸吊機構上,進而發展出適用於車輛獨立式懸吊機構的系統化設計程序,並建立出完整的機構運動鏈圖集。首先針對車輛的獨立式前輪、後輪懸吊機構,進行機構拓樸上的構造分析,並歸納出獨立式懸吊機構的各項構造特性,同時整理出懸吊機構的構造需要與內在、外在設計限制。接著利用機構構造創新設計程序對車輛懸吊機構進行構造合成(structural synthesis),有系統地衍生出所有功能相同但構造不同的新型機構,並將成果建立成二迴路與三迴路的獨立式懸吊機構運動鏈圖集。最後再使用能量流動值分析方法以初步判斷合成機構中的運動傳遞性能優劣,使合成機構於機構設計的初步階段即可進行有效地篩選,以供後續具體化設計時所選用,並增加合成機構進行相關細部設計時的可行性。

The purpose of this paper is to use the methodology for creative mechanisms design in independent suspension mechanisms of vehicles, and then to develop a systematic design procedure for independent suspension mechanisms. Moreover, the complete atlas of kinematic chains would be set up. In the beginning, by structural analysis of existing mechanisms, the characteristics of topological structures and design constraints are concluded. Afterward we systematically synthesize all different types of independent suspension mechanisms by structural synthesis, and then establish the atlas of kinematic chains for independent suspension mechanisms with independent loops two or three. Finally, to make the enumerated mechanisms more applicable at early design stage, the flow value method would be used to evaluate the performance of motion transmission within the enumerated mechanisms. Besides, it would also increase the possibility of the enumerated mechanisms while detailed design is carried out later.
