本論文是以景文科大實際案例作介紹,在主流VoIP通訊協定SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)之架構下,透過Soft-Switch (Proxy)、Hybrid -Auto-Attendant、ASR(Automatic Speech Recognition) 與RTP-Relay等各項新式網路通訊技術之應用,依據校園通訊需求做最佳規劃設計,並整合原有傳統交換機功能,實現新一代先進校園網路電信局端系統。 本論文所提出之先進網路電信局有以下之特色: 1. 藉由Soft-Switch (Proxy) 與RTP-Realy等技術之應用以網路電話機擴充原有交換機有限之內線數量,且不影響原使用方式與功能。 2. 透過Hybrid -Auto-Attendant實現單一代表號可轉傳統分機與網路電話分機,並可應用ASR之技術達到語音辨識人名(單位)並自動轉接之進階功能。 3. 整合新式網路通訊之技術將分機內線互撥範圍跨足至網路通訊,透過與台北市政府、教育局(TANET)等單位之網路通訊介接,進而提升整體通訊效率與實用性。 4. 可針對先進校園網路電信局之營運中各項重要參數進行蒐集,透過數據整理與分析來了解該網路電信局端使用者的需求與使用特性、狀況等,作為未來先進校園網路電信局系統性能提升與改進之依據。
The campus-based voip system on JinWen University is designed and implemented. The SIP-based voip system includes the SIP-proxy, the hybrid auto-attendant, and RTP-relay. Some core technology such as auto speech recongition(ASR), text-to-speech(TTS), and session intial protocol(SIP) are employed. Some advantage on this VoIP system are designed and listed as below: 1. The hybrid IP-PBX architecture is emplyoyed to integrate the traditional PBX and the VoIP system. The capacity of PBX is easily extended by the IP-Phone. 2. The hybrid auto-attendant(AA) is employed to integrate the auto-attendatn(AA), ASR, TTS, and SIP UAC. The full-function of IP-PBX are achieved by the hybrid auto-attendant. 3. The sub- VoIP system such as Taipei city govement(TCG), IPOX-070, and TANET are integrated. The performance and capacity are improved. 4. The optimal parameters of this voip system are analyzed and collected for high performance on VoIP system.
