高職教師教學困擾與專業成長需求關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Teacher Instructional Problems and Professional Growth Needs for Teaching in Vocational High School

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高職教師教學困擾與專業成長需求之程度,其次比較不同背景變項的高職教師在教學困擾及專業成長需求之差異情形,最後分析高職教師教學困擾與專業成長需求之間的相關。本研究採用問卷調查法,以101學年度全國高職教師為研究對象,並以「高職教師教學困擾與專業成長需求關係之研究」問卷為研究工具,共發出問卷1,300份,回收有效問卷1,066份,問卷有效回收率為82%。統計方法採描述性統計、單一樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較以及典型相關進行資料分析,本研究結論為如下: 一、整體高職教師的教學困擾不高,其中以「班級經營」困擾相對高。 二、「現任職務」為高職導師者,其整體教學困擾相對高於專任教師、教師兼行政。 三、「學校位置」以北區、中區的高職教師,整體教學困擾相對高於南區高職教師。 四、整體高職教師的專業成長需求稍高,其中以「敬業態度與精神」需求相對高。 五、「教學年資」未滿6年的高職教師,整體專業成長需求相對高於10年(含)∼未滿15年、15年(含)∼未滿20年的高職教師。 六、「學校位置」以東區的高職教師,整體專業成長需求相對高於北區、南區的高職教師。 七、高職教師教學困擾與專業成長需求之關係具有正相關性。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognition degree of instructional problems and professional growth needs of vocational high school teachers. It compared the diverseness of the teachers among different background variables. Analysis revealed the relationship between teacher instructional problems and professional growth of vocational high school teachers. Vocational high school teachers who participated in the teacher’s professional development evaluation were the objects of this study. The questionnaire of “A Study of the Relationship between Teacher Instructional Problems and Professional Growth Needs for Teaching in Vocational High School” was developed as an instrument for vocational high school teachers. A total of 1,300 questionnaires were distributed. The usable returned questionnaires were 1,066 and got 82% of return rate. Descriptive statistics, single sampling t-test, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé posteriori comparison, and canonical correlation were used to analyze the data. The important findings were as follows: 1.The overall instructional problems of vocational high school teachers are not high, among which the classroom management aspect is relatively high. 2.Vocational high school teachers whose current job position is the "homeroom teacher" has a higher teaching disturbance than general teachers and teachers who serve the administrative positions. 3.Vocational high school teachers who work in the northern and central part of Taiwan have a relatively higher teaching disturbance than those in the southern part of Taiwan. 4.Professional growth needs of vocational high school teachers appear higher, in which the "professional dedication and attitude" aspect is higher. 5.Vocational high school teachers whose teaching experience is less than six years require a larger amount of overall professional growth than those whose teaching experience is between ten to fifteen and fifteen to twenty years. 6.Vocational high school teachers who work in the eastern part of Taiwan require a larger amount of overall professional growth than those who work in the northern and southern part of Taiwan. 7.There was a significant positive correlation between the teacher instructional problems and professional growth needs of vocational high school teachers.
