可穿戴式即時偵測分析非穩定步態之預防研究與應用

摘要


現在人生活習慣不良導致多種疾病纏身,為了減緩龐大醫療成本,遠距醫療與預防保健的概念因應而生。因此,疾病預防勝於治療已成為醫療熱門研究課題之ㄧ。本研究應用步態偵測分析技術,提出與實作一個疾病預防概念之系統。我們應用可穿戴式技術設計與整合一個低成本的非穩定步態擷取器與心率偵測裝置。 首先,應用壓力與彎曲感測器所製作的鞋墊,其可以偵測到人體行走時的步伐距離與步伐頻率。所偵測到的步態參數和步態儀器Gaitrate相比,誤差在0.1%之內。當本系統累積長時間的日常生活中的步態監控資訊後,整理出個人的步態表現趨勢圖。所監控的步態資訊能提供客觀的數據,當成醫護人員的分析資料達到疾病預防的目的。更進一步,本系統設計一個可穿戴式的織品電極感測器可以偵測到使用者的心率;放置於腰間具有無線傳輸機制的控制盒用來傳輸使用者的生醫資訊。同時,使用FIR濾波器濾除雜訊。本裝置和生醫感測儀器CSI8100 比較,我們心率儀所偵測到使用者的心率誤差在0.2%之內。此外,結合能量消耗的分析概念,使用者能夠知道自己一天的熱量消耗。使用者藉此評估數據可制定出健康的飲食習慣以及運動計畫。因此,本系統可應用於肥胖疾病的預防與成為休閒健身輔具之ㄧ。

Nowadays, since people unhealthy habits cause many kinds of diseases, concept of the tele-medicine and prevention health-care will be much promoted. Therefore, disease prevention to surpass medicine cure has been one of the great demand study topics. This study applies the gait detection-analysis technology to propose and implement one system with the concept of disease prevention. The design of the wearable technologies is employed to fully integrate the low cost mechanism of unstable gait fetching and heart rate detection devices. First, the sensors of our proposed shoe-pads are consisted of the pressure and flex sensors for detecting one’s step distance and frequency when walking. The error of the gait parameters between our proposed method and the gait instrument Gaitrate is within 0.1%. After our system can accumulate the gait parameters in one’s long-time daily life, one’s gait parameters can be re-arranged and then showed the trend. The monitored gait information can offer the objective history data for doctor to analyze it such that this achieves the purpose of diseases prevention. Moreover, the wearable textile electrode sensors can sense the one’s heart rate, and a controlled box, which is set on the waist of body, with the wireless transmission mechanism is used transmit one’s bio-information. Meanwhile, the FIR filter is used to filter the noise. The error of the hart rate parameter between our proposed method and the bio-information sensor instrument CSI8100 is within 0.2%. Moreover, combined with the analysis concept of energy expenditure, user knows his Energy expenditure within one day.
